Harold Black, a World War II veteran and 1947 Oregon State College Farm Crops graduate, worked as a 4-H Extension agent and administrator for more than three decades in Columbia, Clackamas and Multnomah counties. He was interviewed by Mike Dicianna for inclusion in the Oregon State University Sesquicentennial Oral History Collection (OH 26), Special Collections and Archives Research Center, Oregon State University Libraries.
