Billie Stevens (b. 1951) is a retired 4-H Extension agent who served Hood River County from 1985 to 2009. She was interviewed by Chris Petersen for inclusion in the Oregon State University Sesquicentennial Oral History Collection (OH 26), Special Collections and Archives Research Center, Oregon State University Libraries.
