Created by the OSC Microphone Club, this recording reviewed the 1952-53 academic year with the intent that it be sealed and then replayed twenty years later. Topics documented in Time Capsule include: the election of Dwight Eisenhower as U.S. President; Election of Eisenhower nickel hop dances; the Third Annual Institute of the Far East; production of the play "Harvey"; the 30th anniversary of KOAC radio; Homecoming activities; the creation of International House at OSC; a recap of Oregon State's football win over Oregon; the Seahorses water pageant; a recap of the Beavers' basketball win versus Oregon; International Week; forensics competitions; and commencement.
