Included are scenes of home meets held at Stevens Natatorium (Dixon Recreation Center) versus the University of Washington, San Jose State University and Brigham Young University. Also included are scenes of Birte Steven (200-meter breaststroke) and Naya Higashijima (200-meter butterfly) competing in heats at the NCAA championship meet in Austin, Texas, as well as travel footage of both swimmers and head coach Mariusz Podkoscielny. The footage concludes with scenes from the Pac-10 Championship meet in Long Beach, California.
