In head coach LaVonda Wagner's final year in charge, the OSU Beavers women's basketball team struggled through the 2009-2010 campaign, finishing the season with a season record of 11-20, including 2-16 in conference play. The team was led by junior guard Talisa Rhea (15.3 points and 2.7 assists per game), freshman guard Haiden Palmer (10.8 points, 3.5 rebounds) and sophomore forward Kristen Tilleman (8.1 points, 7.5 rebounds).
