This is part 1 of the video that shows how to synchronize a laser and a camera in a PIV system. The used components are from Dantec: a SoloPIV 120 laser and an iNanoSense camera. It is shown how to use a photo detector and an oscilloscope to restore the timing diagrams of the laser and input them into Dantec DynamicStudio software.
