Sarah Caballero (she/her), a Ph.D. student studying food science and technology at Oregon State University, won OSU's 2025 Three Minute Thesis® (3MT) competition and went on to place third at the regional competition in Denver, CO. Three Minute is a program created by the University of Queensland that challenges students to present their research using one slide and three minutes of talking time.`
