Produced by the Visual Instruction Department of the Oregon State College Extension Service, this film provides guidance to owners of small woodlands on potential commercial applications of the trees growing on their property. The film touches on proper thinning for maximum production as well as growing Christmas trees as a crop. The film was written and directed by Curtis Reid, photographed by William C. Rush, narrated by Arnold C. Ebert and benefited from the expertise of subject specialist Charles R. Ross.
