Denny Miles (b. 1944) is a 1967 graduate of Oregon State University (B.S., General Science) and a founding member of KBVR-FM, for which he served as sports director while a student. From 1971-1978, he also worked on faculty at OSU in the Department of Information, where he pioneered the production of television news releases and taught courses in cinematography. A past member of the board of the OSU Alumni Association, Miles served as president of the organization from 1999-2000.
